Description
MRF Metal Coat Polyester Putty is a high strength, light weight, fast setting filling putty, that can be used to fill large dents and gaps in metal, wood, plastic FRP etc.

Application
- Ensure that the surface to be coated is free of dirt, oil, grease and other contaminents.
- Mix the base and hardner in the ratio 97:3 on a clean flat surface using a putty knife and apply within 3 minutes.
- Mix only the quantity that can be applied within 3 minutes.
- Sanding of the polyester putty can be done after 15 to 20 minutes of application using emery #80 followed by #220 and #400.
- Apply the appropriate primer after completion of the sanding process.
- For deep dents upto 3mm, apply in several layers, allowing each layer to dry before applying the subsequent layer.
